The India Technology Center (ITC) in Pune is a rapidly growing innovation hub focused on engineering, digital commerce, artificial intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, supply chain optimization, and customer experience solutions. The Senior HR Manager will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for the India Technology Center, working closely with Director and Vice President level Technology leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, leadership coaching, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, capability development, employee engagement initiatives, manager development, HR analytics, change management, compensation benchmarking, reward strategy support, employee relations, investigations, performance improvement, exit management, labor law compliance, statutory compliance including Shops and Establishment Act, POSH, Provident Fund, and Gratuity, HRIS data management using Oracle, collaboration with Legal, Payroll, Global HR, and Total Rewards teams, adapting global HR policies to local requirements, leading and developing the HR team, supporting organizational scaling, partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy, workforce planning, candidate quality, onboarding, hiring process improvement, and ensuring successful integration of new employees. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with 8–10 years of progressive HR experience including HR Business Partnering and Talent Development. Experience supporting Technology or Engineering organizations within Global Capability Centers or product companies, knowledge of the Indian technology talent market, expertise in labor laws, stakeholder management, HR analytics, high-volume hiring, organizational scaling, problem solving, and operating in fast-paced environments are essential. The role follows a hybrid work model and requires working onsite in the Pune office three to four days per week.
