The Total Rewards Partner will join the Global Compensation Center of Excellence and provide Total Rewards consultancy services to internal stakeholders. The role supports benefits administration, total health and wellbeing programs, compensation management, employee relocation, expatriate management, retirement programs, and Total Rewards operations. The position acts as a Global Program Manager responsible for end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of assigned Total Rewards programs across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities include managing global Total Rewards programs, partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution, defining project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, success measures, monitoring progress, resolving issues, managing external vendor performance, overseeing service delivery and contractual commitments, supporting administration of Total Rewards programs, coordinating employee data, maintaining operational governance, conducting market research and benchmarking, analyzing Total Rewards trends, and recommending improvements to existing and future programs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage global cross-functional initiatives. Candidates should have experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing external vendors, analyzing Total Rewards data, identifying trends, solving complex business challenges, and working with benefits, compensation, wellbeing, retirement programs, compliance requirements, and employee data governance. A degree or equivalent experience is preferred. This position requires working onsite five days a week from the Bengaluru Whitefield office.
