Element Technologies is hiring VLSI Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals for Bangalore and Hyderabad locations. The role requires experience in Semiconductor and VLSI hiring with strong knowledge of technical recruitment. Responsibilities include end-to-end technical recruitment, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and Naukri, Boolean and X-Ray search, stakeholder and hiring manager management, talent mapping, niche hiring, and managing recruitment for specialized domains such as RTL Design, ASIC Design Verification, Physical Design, STA, DFT, FPGA, Emulation, Prototyping, Embedded, Firmware, Analog Layout, Custom Layout, Pre-Silicon Validation, and SoC Validation. Candidates with backgrounds in Semiconductor, ASIC, VLSI, Embedded, Product Engineering, or Hardware hiring environments are preferred. Pure IT Recruiters or non-technical recruiters without semiconductor experience are not suitable for this role.
