The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding while partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and business requirements. The role requires hiring across technology, engineering, product, design, marketing, sales, finance, operations, content, delivery, Human Resources, and other corporate functions.
The selected candidate will develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, networking, and job portals. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines for niche and business-critical roles, conducting recruiter screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, behavioral competencies, cultural alignment, and candidate motivation, coordinating interview scheduling, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, negotiating compensation, managing offer rollouts, improving offer-to-join conversions, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment partners, tracking recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and continuously improving employer branding, hiring quality, and recruitment processes.
Candidates should have 4–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with expertise in both technical and non-technical hiring. Strong experience recruiting Software Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, AI and Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, UI and UX Designers, as well as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources, Customer Success, Delivery, Content, Learning, and Academic Operations professionals is required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of technology hiring, technical skills assessment, recruitment terminology, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, communication, data-driven recruitment, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in startups, EdTech, SaaS, Internet, Product companies, IT Services, Consulting, or Digital businesses will be preferred.
