The Regional HR Manager will partner with business leaders to drive strategic Human Resources initiatives that support business growth, employee productivity, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness across the sales organization.
The selected candidate will work closely with Sales Leaders to understand business priorities, manpower requirements, productivity challenges, and translate business needs into effective Human Resources strategies. The role includes participating in business reviews, providing HR insights through analytics, and acting as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness and people-related decisions.
The Regional HR Manager will analyze attrition trends across business units, geographies, managers, tenure groups, and hiring sources to identify root causes and implement retention strategies. Responsibilities include conducting stay interviews, employee connects, improving engagement, and reducing regrettable attrition.
The role involves driving performance governance across sales teams by monitoring productivity metrics such as activation, conversion, sales performance, quality business, and manager effectiveness. The candidate will support managers in identifying performance gaps, developing improvement plans, implementing coaching frameworks, and strengthening accountability.
The candidate will collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure quality hiring and manpower fulfillment, participate in critical hiring decisions, assess candidate suitability for sales and leadership roles, and optimize workforce deployment. Responsibilities also include identifying capability gaps, partnering with Learning and Development teams, supporting succession planning, leadership development, internal talent movement, and facilitating development initiatives for frontline employees and managers.
The Regional HR Manager will manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, policy compliance, ethical workplace practices, employee engagement initiatives, diversity programs, and organizational culture development. The role requires regular branch visits, employee communication sessions, engagement activities, and implementation of employee engagement calendars.
The position includes tracking and analyzing Human Resources metrics such as attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, span management, diversity, and internal movements. The candidate will prepare HR dashboards, Business HR MIS reports, provide leadership insights, improve HR processes, coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Helpdesk teams, facilitate employee exits, transfers, HRMS activities, and resolve employee operational queries.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Business HR, Human Resources Business Partnering, employee relations, talent management, performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, HR analytics, HRMS, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and stakeholder management. The role requires the ability to manage geographically dispersed teams, influence business leaders, improve leadership capability, drive quality hiring, and create measurable business impact through strategic Human Resources initiatives.
