Career Switch is hiring an enthusiastic HR Recruiter for a full-time opportunity at Sector 4, Noida. The company operates in the EdTech sector and is looking for an HR professional who can help find, hire, and support exceptional talent. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, managing the complete recruitment process and candidate communication, handling employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities, maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation, addressing employee queries, supporting day-to-day HR operations, organizing employee engagement activities, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining recruitment trackers, HR databases, and MIS reports. Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills, and basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals. Immediate joiners are preferred.
