Job Description
White Stone is hiring an MIS Executive & Employee Relations Executive for its Pune Camp location. The company is looking for a professional who can prepare accurate MIS reports, analyze HR data, maintain employee records, and support employee engagement and grievance handling. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and excellent communication skills. MIS responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, maintaining employee and recruitment databases, generating attendance, joining, attrition, and performance reports, analyzing HR data and providing insights to management, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, and creating dashboards using MS Excel. Employee Relations responsibilities include handling employee queries and concerns professionally, supporting employee engagement initiatives, managing employee grievances confidentially, coordinating with HR and department managers, maintaining employee records and documentation, and assisting in HR policy communication and compliance. The candidate should have advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, COUNTIF, and Conditional Formatting, along with knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good time management, and attention to detail. Experience in HR MIS, Employee Relations, HR Operations, or Recruitment MIS is preferred. Knowledge of HRMS and Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
