ADAMA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Partner to lead the design, implementation, and governance of total rewards strategies across Asia & Pacific. This role will ensure the delivery of competitive, compliant, and business-aligned C&B practices that support talent attraction, engagement, and retention. The role requires close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Finance, Global C&B, Legal, and external vendors, ensuring regional needs are addressed while aligning with global frameworks. Key responsibilities include implementing, communicating, and driving adoption of global Total Rewards frameworks, guidelines, and policies across Asia & Pacific. The role will design and manage regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans, balancing global alignment with local market competitiveness. The Regional C&B Partner will work with HRBPs and business leaders to develop compensation packages that attract, retain, and motivate high-performing talent, conduct regular market benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitive positioning, and ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across multiple jurisdictions. The role will collaborate with Global C&B on cross-regional initiatives while representing the Asia & Pacific perspective. Responsibilities also include supporting the design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans (SIPs), ensuring business alignment, market competitiveness, cost efficiency, and compliance. The position will review, evaluate, and optimize employee benefits programs for legal compliance, competitiveness, and cost-effectiveness, provide data-driven insights through compensation analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making, and partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure compensation strategies align with business objectives. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. Fluency in English is required and knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage. Advanced analytical and Excel skills, the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities, and high integrity with the ability to manage confidential information are required. The desired candidate should have 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, ideally within a multinational environment, proven expertise in compensation structures, incentive plans including SIPs, and compliance requirements across multiple countries. Experience working effectively across diverse geographies and cultures is required. Relevant work exposure and knowledge of best practices in one or more countries such as Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and India will be an added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, align senior leadership with local needs, collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to design and implement impactful C&B strategies, and work comfortably in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments across multiple time zones.
