Senior Manager - Human Resources role based in Hauz Khas, Delhi, India (On-site). Responsible for strengthening HR processes, enabling high-performance teams, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering an inclusive, employee-centric culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment for critical roles with transparent hiring practices, strengthening onboarding, induction, and succession planning initiatives, developing HR policies and SOPs aligned with legal requirements, designing and managing volunteering and internship programs, identifying learning and development needs and delivering training programs, monitoring training effectiveness, supporting employee engagement initiatives, strengthening HR analytics and reporting for leadership decision-making, and managing additional HR initiatives as required. Candidate should have a postgraduate degree in HR or related field with minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across operations, talent acquisition, L&D, and engagement, preferably in the development or non-profit sector, along with strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and stakeholder management skills.
