Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle US staffing with expertise in sourcing, screening and placing candidates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Supply Chain and other Non-IT domains.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, Boolean search and referrals.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and manage candidate relationships.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely submissions while meeting client SLAs.
Update recruitment activities in ATS and collaborate with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements.
Requirements
2+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for Contract W2/C2C, Contract-to-Hire and Full-Time roles.
Strong sourcing, screening and communication skills.
Knowledge of US work authorization and VMS/MSP environments is a plus.
Candidates must be willing to work the Night Shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST from the KPHB, Hyderabad office.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
