This is a 6 months internship opportunity for the position of Recruitment Operations Executive at the client location in Sector 58, Gurugram.
Candidates must have completed their undergraduate degree from one of the following institutions: Hindu College, St. Stephen's College, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Sri Venkateswara College, Gargi College, Delhi School of Economics (DSE), Kirori Mal College (KMC), or Ramjas College. Candidates with an MBA from IMI New Delhi or IMT Ghaziabad are also eligible.
The role requires a strong Recruitment Operations or Coordination profile with excellent communication skills. Candidates must have at least 2+ months of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition support, or HR coordination. Internship experience will be considered.
Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. They should have hands on experience in coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple rounds with different stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously are essential.
