Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR Recruiters.
Handle end to end recruitment for IT and Non IT roles.
Allocate job requirements and monitor recruiter performance.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders for workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Drive team productivity and achieve monthly hiring targets.
Required Skills
Strong team leadership and people management.
End to end recruitment experience.
Expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Stakeholder and client management.
Recruitment reporting and MIS management.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
4 to 6 years of recruitment experience with team handling exposure.
Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment.
Immediate or ASAP joiners will be preferred.
