Job Description
Medhanveshi is hiring an experienced and strategic HR Head for its Mumbai location. The role is responsible for leading the complete Human Resources function and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals through effective HR strategies, talent management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, leading end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar workforce, building strong sourcing channels through job portals, referrals, consultants, and campus hiring, and partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and people strategies.
The role includes managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, payroll coordination, transfers, promotions, and exits, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, overseeing payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances, driving performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
The HR Head will also handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, policy implementation, HR team leadership, process improvement, HR transformation initiatives, HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, strong communication abilities, high integrity, analytical thinking, experience with HRMS and MS Excel, and the ability to lead organizational development initiatives.
Manufacturing, Textile, Garment, Export, or similar industry experience will be preferred.
