Job Description
RITS Software is hiring an experienced US HR Specialist to join its Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong expertise in US recruitment, HR operations, payroll administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams, employees, and immigration attorneys to ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with US labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage end-to-end US recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer management, and hiring activities.
ā¢ Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and new hire orientation.
ā¢ Process and manage ADP payroll activities accurately and ensure timely payroll execution.
ā¢ Conduct E-Verify processes and maintain compliance with US employment eligibility requirements.
ā¢ Coordinate with immigration attorneys for visa-related activities, including H1B, OPT, CPT, and other employment-based immigration processes.
ā¢ Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
ā¢ Track employee timesheets and ensure timely submission and approval.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with US HR policies, labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
ā¢ Support HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR administration.
ā¢ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve HR processes and provide effective employee support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ā¢ Minimum 5+ years of experience in US HR, HR Operations, or US Recruitment.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll processing.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of E-Verify, employee onboarding, and HR documentation.
ā¢ Experience coordinating immigration and visa processes with attorneys, including H1B, OPT, CPT, and related documentation.
ā¢ Good understanding of US HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
ā¢ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple HR activities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
ā¢ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
