A growing organization in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Restaurant, QSR, and Hotel industry is hiring a Senior Manager ā HR & Administration for Pune location. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR and administration functions while driving effective people practices, compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
The selected candidate will manage complete recruitment activities including white-collar and blue-collar hiring, building talent pipelines for operational and leadership roles, and ensuring timely closure of manpower requirements. The role requires strong experience in workforce planning and managing recruitment processes across different levels.
Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining HRMS and employee records, and managing statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Shops and Establishment Act, Factory Act, and Contract Labour Regulations.
The Senior Manager ā HR & Administration will handle administration and facility management activities, factory HR operations, worker grievances, industrial relations, employee engagement initiatives, induction programs, culture-building activities, and performance management cycles.
The role requires a strong understanding of labour laws, industrial relations, payroll and compensation processes, vendor management, and facility operations. Candidates should have proven experience managing both HR and administration functions in a leadership capacity.
Candidates with mandatory experience in Food & Beverages, Hospitality, Restaurants, QSR, or Hotels will be considered. Profiles from other industries will not be considered.
The ideal candidate should have 8-12+ years of HR experience with 3-5+ years of leadership experience. Candidates should be based in Pune and available for face-to-face interview rounds only.
