Job Description
GA Consulting Services is hiring a Senior HR Manager for one of its clients based in Bangalore. The role is responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations while driving strategic HR initiatives, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and people management.
The selected candidate will manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, labour law compliance, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires partnering with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include leading multi-location HR operations, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and labour laws, driving employee engagement and development initiatives, conducting performance management processes, and supporting leadership with strategic HR planning. The candidate will also conduct monthly and quarterly HR reviews with key stakeholders to monitor HR performance and business outcomes.
Candidates should have strong leadership experience in HR management with expertise in recruitment, compliance, payroll, talent acquisition, employee relations, and people management. Experience in Facility Management, Manpower Outsourcing, Hotels, or Resorts industries will be preferred.
The ideal candidate should possess an MBA HR, MSW HR, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification. HR certifications in Recruitment, Talent Management, or Employee Relations will be an added advantage.
