Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Oversee employee onboarding and complete employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage performance management processes and employee feedback initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and support conflict resolution.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data.
• Coordinate training, learning, and development programs.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional global teams to support business growth.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, and HRIS management.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance for the IT/software industry.
• Experience in training, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably within IT, software development, or technology services.
The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and labour regulations. The role will partner closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting workforce planning for both onshore and offshore teams.
