This is a 6-month internship opportunity with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance. The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources function by strengthening employee experience, assisting HR Business Partnering activities, and driving process excellence across the VCC. Responsibilities include supporting employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, culture initiatives, employee communications, PruWay activation programs, culture workshops, gathering and analyzing employee feedback, creating employee recognition content, and improving employee experience initiatives. The role also involves supporting HR Business Partners with employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee connects, internal movements, retention initiatives, workforce dashboards, headcount reporting, business review materials, HR projects, organizational effectiveness, culture initiatives, capability building, employee listening programs, HR research, benchmarking, and talent programs. The candidate will support Talent Acquisition process excellence by standardizing recruitment trackers, interview coordination, candidate communication templates, hiring governance documents, recruitment dashboards, process documentation, SOP creation, process mapping, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing HR data related to hiring, engagement, attrition, workforce movement, and employee lifecycle trends, preparing dashboards, reports, PowerPoint presentations, conducting HR benchmarking, supporting strategic HR projects, talent initiatives, learning programs, workforce planning, organization design, and HR process transformation. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft 365, and data reporting. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA HR students, final-year students, or recent graduates with up to one year of experience are preferred. Prior internship experience in Employee Experience, HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or HR Projects will be an added advantage.
