Employee Size: 2-10 employees. We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Worli, Mumbai. This is a full-time work from office opportunity for professionals with 4-5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, maintain statutory compliance, and drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include administering day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, orientation, training, HR policy implementation, employee query resolution, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations, payroll support, attendance management, HR audits, vendor coordination, and HR documentation. The role also includes designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives such as team events, recognition programs, wellness activities, feedback sessions, newsletters, all-hands meetings, one-on-one feedback, team-building activities, office celebrations, appreciation programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and workplace culture improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with MBA or PGDM in HR preferred. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, statutory compliance, HRMS software, Microsoft Office, organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are required. Experience in employee background verification and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter will be an added advantage.
