Job Description:
Tachyon Technologies Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead end-to-end HR operations and drive a people-focused culture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll Coordination, Talent Acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, engagement, performance management, and exit processes.
* Oversee HR administration, employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave management, and policy compliance.
* Coordinate payroll inputs, full and final settlements, reimbursements, and employee benefits.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer management, BGV, and onboarding.
* Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, grievance handling, and performance management.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
* Coordinate Learning & Development initiatives for employee growth.
Requirements:
* 5–10 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
* Strong knowledge of HR Administration, Payroll Coordination, and Talent Acquisition.
* Hands-on experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office.
* Good understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Immediate joiners are preferred.
