Job Description
IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.) is looking for an experienced Manager – HR Shared Services to lead end-to-end Employee Lifecycle operations while driving process excellence, automation, and service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HR Operations, Employee Lifecycle Management, Shared Services, and SAP SuccessFactors, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end Employee Lifecycle (ELC) processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee data management, confirmations, transfers, promotions, redesignations, and exit management.
• Oversee HR Helpdesk operations, employee query resolution, and ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processes in coordination with Payroll and Finance teams.
• Lead HR Shared Services operations while ensuring SLA adherence, process governance, and operational excellence.
• Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors for employee data management and HR processes.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
• Drive process automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR Shared Services team.
Required Skills
• Strong expertise in Employee Lifecycle Management and HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent knowledge of HR Shared Services and process governance.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS, and HR reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to drive automation, process improvements, and operational excellence.
Educational Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
• Candidates with 8–10 years of overall HR experience, including 4–5 years in HR Operations or HR Shared Services leadership roles.
• Professionals with strong Employee Lifecycle Management and Shared Services experience.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
