• Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, and employee master records.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate performance review and appraisal processes.
• Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and Contract Labour compliance.
• Prepare training calendars and coordinate internal/external training programs.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/payroll vendors.
Required Skills:
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, record keeping, and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with workmen, staff, and management.
• Ability to read and write Kannada is preferred.
• Basic understanding of statutory compliance.
• Experience in technical/manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.
