Job Description
Maxlence is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join its People & Culture team in Gurgaon. The role combines recruitment and HR operations responsibilities, with approximately 50% of the role focused on recruitment and 50% on HR operations. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience are required, with preference given to candidates who have prior experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment. Key Recruitment responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and Digital Marketing roles, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and employee referrals, screening resumes, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers, managing offer rollouts, salary discussions and candidate follow-ups, ensuring a positive candidate experience and assisting with employer branding and recruitment campaigns. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and documentation, maintaining employee records and HRMS data, handling attendance and leave management, assisting with payroll inputs and monthly HR reports, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, supporting performance management and probation confirmation processes, ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures, resolving employee queries related to HR operations and policies, conducting induction sessions for new hires and maintaining HR trackers and MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and HRMS tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills include experience hiring for technical and digital marketing roles, knowledge of employee lifecycle management, familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn, strong stakeholder management skills, attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. The company is looking for a self-driven and accountable individual with strong ownership and execution capabilities, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
