Visionyle Solutions is hiring SAP US Payroll Consultants for large scale global payroll transformation initiatives. Industry: Information Technology and Consulting. Employee Size: Not Available. This is a hybrid opportunity for experienced SAP Payroll professionals with strong expertise in US Payroll processes and compliance requirements. The role involves leading process discovery by documenting As-Is and designing To-Be payroll processes, translating business requirements into functional solutions, recommending best practices, configuring and unit testing SAP and SuccessFactors Payroll solutions, troubleshooting payroll schemas and PCRs, resolving payroll related issues, developing and executing test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and reconciliation activities, supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors, managing stakeholder communication, RAID management, change control, and escalations, and ensuring timely and high quality project delivery while maintaining client satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 6 years of experience in SAP or SuccessFactors US Payroll, experience in at least two end to end implementation projects, expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, testing, documentation, and knowledge of US tax forms and year end payroll activities. SAP ECP Certification and finance or third party integration experience will be considered an advantage.
