Responsibilities also include supporting compliance with SOC 2, ISO standards, and other client-driven regulatory frameworks.
A major focus area involves data security and privacy management, including implementing data protection policies, managing access controls, maintaining onboarding and offboarding security protocols, coordinating with engineering teams on data handling procedures, conducting internal audits, and supporting external audit activities.
The role will oversee office administration functions including vendor management, office facilities, internet services, utilities, equipment management, service contracts, and workplace infrastructure. Responsibilities also include processing expense claims, managing petty cash, supporting GST and TDS documentation, coordinating with chartered accountants, and assisting finance teams with reporting and reconciliations.
The candidate will provide executive and operational support by coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, cross-border logistics, presentations, reporting activities, and communication between India-based employees and US leadership teams.
