Under the direction of the HRIS Function Manager for Reporting, the HRIS Reporting Analyst Senior will focus on developing and designing employment-related reporting solutions and data analytics to create efficiencies, support business objectives, and meet regulatory requirements for Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal teams.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle HCM Analytics, consulting with internal customers to gather requirements for new reports, report modifications, and data requests. The role involves developing reports and dashboards using OAC and OTBI, leading reporting functions for core HR projects, facilitating compliance and data integrity analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and tracking ongoing trends and corrective actions.
The candidate will develop or translate business requirements for technical developers, perform issue analysis, test and validate reporting results, and maintain dashboards that support workforce analytics and key performance indicators. Additional responsibilities include training users on reporting tools, recommending process improvements, conducting strategic HR data analysis, and providing guidance to junior team members when required.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, extensive Oracle HCM process and data experience, expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, advanced reporting and dashboard development capabilities, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The role requires excellent critical thinking, project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
