The HRBP - Finance India will partner with business leaders to develop and execute Human Resources strategies that support organizational objectives and long-term business growth. The role focuses on creating a collaborative, high-performing, and engaging workplace while aligning people strategies with the annual operating plan and long-term business strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams to determine workforce priorities and implement effective HR programs that support organizational success.
The selected candidate will translate business strategy into people strategy while partnering with leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, and cultural transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include deploying global and local HR processes covering performance management, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The HR Business Partner will use data-driven insights and people analytics to identify workforce trends, recommend practical HR solutions, coach leaders and managers on people management, leadership development, performance improvement, and employee development while maintaining strong organizational culture and high employee engagement. The role also includes ensuring compliance with labour laws, ethical standards, internal policies, and HR governance across the organization.
Additional responsibilities include leading change management initiatives to support business transformation, improving workforce effectiveness, collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Services, HR Advisors, and other HR Business Partners to ensure consistent HR service delivery. The successful candidate will advocate for employee interests, provide strategic counsel to business leaders, monitor external market trends, adopt HR best practices, implement lean principles, leverage Artificial Intelligence and data-driven problem-solving tools, and support strategic HR initiatives for both business functions and regional operations.
Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with approximately 10 years of Human Resources experience focused on strategic business partnering, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, organizational development, coaching, analytical thinking, change management, workforce planning, compliance, talent management, and people strategy capabilities while demonstrating a commitment to innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
