The Staffing Execution Lead – India is a high-impact role responsible for driving day-to-day staffing execution across all Ignite Advisory businesses using the India-based consultant pool while simultaneously building and evolving staffing infrastructure, processes, governance, and operating models to support a rapidly expanding global delivery hub.
The selected candidate will own the complete staffing lifecycle for India-based consultants by aligning talent with project demand across Ignite Advisory businesses. The role requires partnering with global Staffing Leads and business leadership to balance staffing demand, optimize consultant utilization, resolve staffing challenges, and ensure efficient talent deployment. The candidate will act as the primary connection between India talent supply and global demand while maintaining visibility into consultant skills, availability, development goals, and career aspirations. Responsibilities include leading staffing discussions with consultants, proactively managing capacity planning, identifying pipeline risks, resolving staffing conflicts, supporting new hire deployment, improving onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate consultant skills, experience, availability, and staffing information within staffing systems.
The role also requires close collaboration with Staffing Leads across the United States and United Kingdom to enable seamless global staffing and cross-regional resource allocation. The Staffing Execution Lead will work closely with India business leaders to validate hiring demand, improve visibility of available capabilities, and strengthen staffing decisions. The position involves partnering with Business Development, Finance, and opportunity teams to maintain accurate project pipelines while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing staffing insights, identifying risks, recommending solutions, and promoting transparency and best practices across global staffing teams.
A major responsibility of this position is designing and implementing the India staffing operating model by developing scalable staffing processes, governance frameworks, workflows, systems, and operating procedures. The candidate will establish reporting standards, data governance practices, staffing system accuracy, and scalable staffing capabilities while supporting centralized staffing platforms aligned with global infrastructure. The role also includes monitoring utilization, capacity, demand pipeline, workforce planning metrics, translating staffing data into actionable business insights, contributing to talent strategy discussions, improving staffing operations, leading staffing transformation initiatives, supporting organizational change management, and driving continuous improvement across staffing processes, technology, and workforce planning practices.
Candidates should have experience in staffing, workforce planning, resource management, or professional services consulting environments. Strong expertise in staffing execution, stakeholder management, workforce planning, staffing systems, reporting tools, data governance, process design, project management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and building scalable operational capabilities is required. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in fast-growing global environments, and have a passion for talent management, staffing excellence, and enabling high-performing teams.
