Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Sarjapura, Bangalore
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Handle salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and payroll reconciliation.
• Resolve employee payroll queries in a timely manner.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and statutory compliance reports.
• Maintain payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company payroll policies.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in payroll management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), TDS, Gratuity, and other payroll-related regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Software and HRMS platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and MIS Reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
