Job Description
Metafolks Technologies is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for a large engineering organization with more than 4,500 employees. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives while leading end-to-end recruitment for technical, leadership and high-volume hiring across multiple business functions. The role includes partnering with Business Heads, Plant Heads and CXOs for workforce planning, driving recruitment analytics, MIS reporting and hiring governance, leading and mentoring the Talent Acquisition team, managing recruitment vendors, campus hiring initiatives and employer branding activities and improving hiring quality, candidate experience and overall recruitment efficiency. Candidates must have experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering organizations only. Experience in Heavy Engineering, EPC Projects, Automotive Manufacturing, Electrical Equipment Manufacturing, Infrastructure Engineering, Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing or Industrial Automation will be preferred. Strong expertise in leadership hiring, technical recruitment, workforce planning, stakeholder management, recruitment analytics, ATS and recruitment technologies is required. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology and an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources as preferred qualifications. Consistent First Class throughout academics is mandatory. Male candidates are preferred. Candidates from IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, IT Services, Software, Staffing or Consulting recruitment backgrounds will not be considered.
