Job Description
Kapston Services Limited is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist – General Staffing for its Bangalore office. Staffing and Facility Management company with more than 10000 employees. The role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring requirements within the General Staffing business. The selected candidate will source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, internal databases, and field sourcing, screen resumes, conduct telephonic and virtual interviews, coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders, ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire, build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions, handle lateral hiring from the General Staffing industry, maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and reports, complete candidate documentation and onboarding formalities, coordinate with operations and HR teams for smooth joining and deployment, and achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs. Candidates should have strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Facebook hiring groups, and employee referrals, along with excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, offer management, communication, interpersonal, MS Excel, ATS, HRMS, recruitment metrics, TAT, SLA, and productivity tracking skills. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience in a General Staffing company. MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
