The company is hiring a Sr. HR Executive/Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring initiatives and employee engagement programmes for its growing delivery centres. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles, partner with hiring managers for workforce planning, source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and vendor networks, ensure an excellent candidate experience, maintain recruitment metrics including turnaround time, offer conversion and quality of hire, design and execute campus hiring strategies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges, build relationships with placement cells and training institutes, lead campus recruitment drives, hackathons and internship programmes, develop early talent pipelines, plan employee engagement activities, support onboarding, induction and employee lifecycle management, drive employee satisfaction and retention initiatives, collaborate with leadership on HR policies and people strategy, ensure compliance with HR processes and audits and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Candidates should have strong experience in IT recruitment, proven campus hiring experience, stakeholder management, communication skills, knowledge of the complete HR lifecycle, employee engagement frameworks and a data-driven approach to improving recruitment metrics. An MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification with three to eight years of relevant experience in IT Services or IT Consulting organisations is required.
