Job Description
A growing manufacturing company in Ambernath, Mumbai is hiring an Executive – HR & GA who will report to the Manager – HR & GA. The selected candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for junior, mid, and senior-level hiring, source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks, conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interview scheduling, support bulk hiring through walk-in drives and campus recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, and provide regular hiring updates. The role also includes coordinating pre-onboarding activities, documentation, background verification, induction, preparing weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire and Source Effectiveness, maintaining HR records and databases, and assisting in employee engagement and HR initiatives. Candidates should possess a Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources with 7–10 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or engineering company. Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR processes, employment laws, HR best practices, MS Office, HR software, communication, organizational skills, multitasking, and confidentiality is required.
