Job Description
We are seeking an experienced People Function Operations Lead to manage end-to-end People Operations with a strong focus on Payroll, Retirals, Compliance and People Function Service Delivery Excellence. This role will be driving process improvements, ensure statutory compliance and deliver an exceptional employee experience through efficient and scalable HR operations. Key responsibilities include leading payroll operations and retiral processes, including Provident Fund, Gratuity, Superannuation, Pension, and Full and Final Settlements. You will oversee employee lifecycle transactions, master data management, benefits administration, and organizational changes, while ensuring strict compliance with statutory, tax, audit, data privacy, and company policies. Additional duties involve reviewing and governing complex employee transactions, audits, and data quality controls, as well as driving operational excellence through process simplification, automation, and Lean methodologies. You will manage service delivery performance, stakeholder relationships, escalations, reporting, workforce planning, team capability development, coaching, and succession planning. Furthermore, you will partner closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Rewards, and external vendors to deliver compliant and efficient people services while supporting digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Qualifications require a bachelor degree in HR, Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, accompanied by 10 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Shared Services, or Employee Lifecycle Management. Candidates must possess strong expertise in payroll administration, retirals, and statutory compliance, along with experience leading teams and driving operational excellence in a complex service delivery environment.
