Job Description
Gera Developments Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager / Manager - HR Operations for its Pune office. Leading real estate developer with over five decades of experience delivering premium residential and commercial projects across Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, and California. The selected candidate will manage the complete HR Operations function, ensuring seamless payroll administration, statutory compliance, HRMS administration, process governance, and an excellent employee experience. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll through SuccessFactors integrated with GreytHR and SAP systems, validating payroll inputs, handling payroll compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Income Tax, Bonus, Gratuity and related statutory requirements, conducting payroll audits, coordinating with Finance for payroll reconciliation, administering SuccessFactors HRMS, maintaining employee lifecycle data, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management workflows, generating HR reports and dashboards, leading system testing and change management, coordinating with external consultants, ensuring compliance with labour laws, preparing statutory returns, coordinating with government authorities and auditors, maintaining statutory licenses and compliance documentation, driving HR audits, administering employee benefits, managing leave encashment and benefit programs, coordinating with insurance and service providers, publishing HR MIS reports, standardizing HR processes and SOPs, maintaining data integrity, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Candidates should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, HRMS administration, HR audits, and SuccessFactors or similar HRMS platforms. Strong analytical ability, payroll expertise, HR compliance knowledge, SAP HR exposure, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and communication skills are essential.
