Job Description
dsm-firmenich is hiring a Process Expert – Organization & Rewards Data Management for its Hyderabad office. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and governance of organizational and rewards data across the global HR ecosystem. The selected candidate will partner with HR Business Partners, Rewards Center of Excellence and Digital & Technology teams to manage organizational structures, position data and compensation information within SuccessFactors. Responsibilities include maintaining organizational structures, enterprise hierarchy data and position management, managing HRIS data maintenance, employee data administration and organizational changes in SuccessFactors, supporting compensation processes, compensation data validation and mass payout administration, conducting audits, validations, reporting and data analysis to improve data quality, ensuring compliance and standardized HR data management practices, coordinating system changes, release management and testing activities, collaborating with global stakeholders across multiple regions and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Candidates should have strong expertise in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, organizational management, employee data administration and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
