Job Description
R1 RCM is hiring a Senior Program Manager - HRBP for its Hyderabad office. R1 RCM is a leading provider of technology-driven solutions that transform the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. The company has over 30,000 employees globally with a strong presence across India. The selected candidate will work as an HR Business Partner supporting the US business and will be responsible for driving governance on critical business metrics including employee engagement and retention. The role involves understanding business challenges, partnering with key internal and external stakeholders, implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and HR policies, coaching managers to strengthen leadership capabilities, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to execute organization-wide talent initiatives, supporting organizational transformation, managing employee and business needs, developing short-term and long-term HR solutions, using data analytics to measure success and improve business outcomes, formulating and implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth execution across the organization. Candidates should have the ability to work strategically, operationally, and tactically while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required with 10–12 years of experience specifically as an HR Business Partner. Generalist profiles will not be considered. MBA in HR is preferred along with presentation skills, storytelling ability, business acumen, change management expertise, communication skills, and the capability to work independently in an evolving healthcare environment.
