Job Description
Novistra Capital is hiring a Human Resources Associate for its Bengaluru office. This is a full time People Operations role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. The selected candidate will own the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit management across multiple geographies including Bengaluru, New Delhi, Dubai, London and New York. Responsibilities include managing end to end recruitment for senior and specialist roles, building candidate pipelines, screening resumes, coordinating structured interviews, partnering with Managing Directors and the Chief of Staff on cross border hiring, managing offer negotiations, maintaining relationships with talent sources, university placement offices and specialist recruiters, tracking hiring metrics and maintaining Applicant Tracking System records. The role also includes designing and executing structured onboarding programs, coordinating with IT, Finance and business teams for new joiner readiness, managing staffing records, leave administration, attendance, HRMS management through Zoho People, HR policy implementation, workforce planning support, headcount planning, exit management, final settlements, asset recovery, system offboarding, structured exit interviews and quarterly reporting. The candidate will support employee engagement initiatives including work anniversaries, celebrations, team events, appraisal cycles, culture programs and cross border people operations while ensuring compliance and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have experience in boutique investment banking, financial services, high growth startups or professional services firms with strong communication skills, stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, HR operations knowledge, cross border HR exposure and proficiency with HRMS, ATS and AI productivity tools.
