Job Description
Jopasu India Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join its manufacturing facility at Pirangut, Pune. The role requires a proactive HR professional who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities with expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, and core HR operations.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, induction, exit formalities, payroll processing, attendance management, statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws, and Factory Compliance. The role also includes maintaining employee documentation, HRIS and records management, training coordination, HR MIS reporting related to headcount, attrition, absenteeism, retention, and training completion.
The candidate will handle employee grievances, HR-related queries, ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws, and support complete HR lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance, strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and factory HR practices.
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. The organization provides an opportunity to work across complete HR operations with exposure to factory HR practices and compliance management in a professional and growth-oriented environment.
