Preferred Background Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source and screen candidates through job portals.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support HR operations and employee engagement.
Coordinate with management for manpower requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate or MBA in HR preferred.
Experience in Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.
Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
