Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluations, offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding activities. Manage multiple hiring requirements independently while ensuring timely and quality closures. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming business requirements. Manage recruitment vendors and external recruitment partners, including requirement sharing, candidate coordination, performance tracking, and relationship management. Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality expectations. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Track recruitment progress, hiring metrics, candidate pipelines, and closure status through appropriate reports and recruitment MIS. Support continuous improvement of sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and candidate experience. Stay updated on talent market trends, sourcing practices, and competitive hiring activities. Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and processes.
