We are hiring for HR Executive / Sr HR Executive for a leading hospitality brand Pasta Street located in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about people management and hospitality recruitment. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations and recruitment activities in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Pasta Street
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus hiring, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and video interviews to ensure best fit
Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain recruitment MIS to track hiring progress
Conduct onboarding and induction activities for new joiners
Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain employee documentation and HR records
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in HR role, preferably in restaurants, breweries, or hotel industry
Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools
