Job Description
Geonix International Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join its growing HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across non-technical positions, talent sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking channels, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments, and stakeholder management with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire, building and managing talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, recruitment MIS reporting, dashboard management and analytics, and vendor and consultant management for niche and bulk hiring requirements. Candidates should have strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Operations, expertise in sourcing through multiple channels, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, a data-driven approach towards recruitment metrics and hiring efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
