Industry: Human Resources Consulting. MG Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Manager based in Andheri, Mumbai. This is a strictly Work From Office role for professionals with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in HR Operations. The candidate should currently be working at a Manager level and independently handling key HR Operations functions. Responsibilities include managing HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Compliance functions. The role involves leading end-to-end Annual Appraisal Cycles including KPI/KRA setting, performance reviews, calibration meetings, increments, promotions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). The candidate will manage complete employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits. Additional responsibilities include leave and attendance management through HRMS and biometric systems, payroll coordination, compensation revisions, employee benefits administration, monthly payroll validation, Full & Final Settlements (FNF), exit interviews, gratuity processing, leave encashment, offboarding activities, maintaining HR records, MIS reports, HR dashboards, and workforce analytics. The role also requires handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition activities, labour law compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity and Shops & Establishment regulations, training and development coordination, workforce planning, succession planning, policy formulation, and HR process improvement projects. Candidates should have strong exposure to HR Operations and currently be independently handling appraisals, FNF settlements, employee grievance management, and related HR functions.
