The company develops intelligent, scalable, and globally benchmarked food solution systems through strong in-house R&D and technical expertise. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation, handling onboarding, confirmations, employee documentation and HR records, driving end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollouts and onboarding, coordinating payroll inputs, attendance, leave management and HRMS activities, ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, LWF and other applicable labour laws, supporting performance management processes including KRA and KPA tracking and appraisals, managing employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution, preparing HR reports, dashboards, MIS and management presentations, assisting in developing and implementing HR policies and best practices, and guiding and supporting HR team members. Candidates should possess an MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification with 4 to 7 years of experience in HR Operations, Compliance, Payroll Coordination and Employee Relations. Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, hands-on experience with HRMS, MS Excel and HR reporting, excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-accountability environment are essential.
