The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and a trusted partner to employees, driving people practices that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement. The role requires strong experience in partnering with leadership teams in regulated and fast-paced environments such as banking, BFSI, fintech, and B2B sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth priorities.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, role structuring, and talent mapping initiatives to support current and future business requirements.
Drive the performance management cycle including goal setting, continuous feedback, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance calibration discussions.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams and business stakeholders to develop hiring strategies, ensure timely closure of critical positions, and improve onboarding effectiveness and new hire integration.
Champion employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, pulse surveys, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness interventions.
Partner on compensation and rewards processes including salary reviews, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and compensation benchmarking exercises.
Leverage HR analytics, workforce insights, and people data to monitor attrition, hiring effectiveness, performance trends, engagement scores, and recommend data-driven HR interventions.
Required Experience:
5 to 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
Prior experience in Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or B2B/SaaS organizations is preferred.
Strong exposure to employee relations, performance management, talent management, stakeholder management, and HR partnering.
Experience supporting business leaders and managing HR interventions within fast-scaling or regulated business environments.
