Job Description
Staging Spaces Design Pvt Ltd, founded in 2009, is a leading corporate and residential interior design company specializing in turnkey interior design, workspace planning, office fit-outs, and luxury home interiors. The company delivers end-to-end design-and-build solutions with a strong focus on functionality, aesthetics, execution quality, and timely delivery across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and other locations.
The Senior Executive Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including understanding manpower requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to define role expectations. The role includes driving selection processes, facilitating interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment databases and reports, and coordinating onboarding handovers to HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Exposure to IT recruitment or hiring for both technical and non-technical roles is preferred. The role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation abilities, proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior experience in design, construction, real estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.
