Job Description
Surya Food Agro Limited (Priyagold) is hiring a Lead Talent and HR Generalist for its Noida location. The role will work closely with the Group Head HR to support and progressively strengthen the HR function across the business. The position carries a strong Talent Acquisition focus while gradually expanding into broader HR responsibilities including organization design, policy development, employee relations, HR governance, workforce planning, and HR analytics. This is an execution-focused role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and a long-term pathway into broader HR leadership responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end hiring across frontline sales, mid-management, and critical business roles, managing leadership hiring mandates, partnering with business leaders on role design and hiring requirements, developing sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and agencies, improving joining conversions through pre-boarding engagement, and building recruitment governance frameworks and dashboards.
The role also supports organization design initiatives, manpower planning aligned with business expansion, role and capability assessments, policy development, HR governance, and process standardization. Additional responsibilities include employee relations management, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, performance discussions, exit feedback analysis, conflict resolution, and strengthening trust in HR through transparency and responsiveness.
The incumbent will also build HR systems and analytics frameworks, create dashboards for hiring, attrition, and workforce metrics, support data-driven decision-making, institutionalize HR processes, and contribute to building scalable HR practices across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong Talent Acquisition expertise along with exposure to employee relations, HR governance, policy implementation, workforce planning, and HR analytics within FMCG, B2B2C, or distribution-led business environments.
