Job Description
Frontlines Edutech is hiring a Senior HR professional for its Hyderabad office. The organization is looking for an experienced HR leader who can manage end-to-end human resource functions and contribute to building and scaling HR practices within a growing business environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for Recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities including workforce planning, sourcing, hiring, and talent management. The role requires overseeing complete employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit management while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include payroll administration, statutory compliance management, PF, ESI, PT administration, labour law compliance, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements. The candidate will also manage employee onboarding, separation processes, documentation, and employee records.
The role involves performance management, appraisal administration, employee relations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and dispute management. The selected candidate will support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Additional responsibilities include compensation management, HR commercials, HR operations, policy implementation, process improvement, and team management. The position requires strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and expertise in end-to-end HR management.
Candidates should possess excellent communication, people management, problem-solving, and HR administration skills along with experience managing multiple HR functions independently.
