Job Description
Ingeniworx Business Solutions is looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to build, standardize, audit, and continuously improve HR operations across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where the selected candidate will personally create policies, procedures, templates, forms, HR programs, training materials, compliance documentation, KPI frameworks, onboarding programs, and operational processes while also managing and developing the HR team.
The role will serve as the primary owner of HR Operations, HR Compliance & Governance, HR Policies & Procedures, HR Documentation & Templates, Employee Lifecycle Management, Performance Management, Compensation Administration, Employee Relations, Training & Development, HR Audits, Recruitment Operations Governance, and Multi-Location HR Management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations, multi-location HR administration, employee lifecycle management, HR service delivery, personnel records management, HR process standardization, employee documentation governance, HR audits, operational reviews, and process improvement initiatives. Ensure consistency across all offices and business units.
HR Compliance & Governance
Develop, maintain, and audit compliance with Shops & Establishment Act, EPFO, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Welfare Fund, POSH Regulations, payroll compliance requirements, statutory registers, employee documentation requirements, and labor law obligations. Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and records at all times.
HR Policies, Procedures & Documentation
Develop, implement, maintain, and periodically update Employee Handbook, Leave Policy, Attendance Policy, Work From Home Policy, Recruitment Policy, Referral Policy, Compensation Policy, Promotion Policy, Performance Management Policy, POSH Policy, Information Security Policy, Data Privacy Policy, IT Asset Usage Policy, Anti-Harassment Policy, Whistleblower Policy, and Conflict of Interest Policy.
Create and maintain Offer Letter Templates, Appointment Letters, Employment Agreements, NDA Agreements, KPI Acknowledgment Forms, Incentive Plan Documents, Training Acknowledgments, Probation Review Forms, Performance Review Forms, PIP Documentation, Exit Documentation, Employee Forms, HR Checklists, HR SOPs, and Process Documents.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee headcount approvals, job requisition processes, offer management, candidate documentation, background verification, onboarding programs, new hire documentation, and orientation. Manage probation reviews, employee confirmations, performance reviews, promotions, transfers, employee engagement programs, employee relations matters, and career development initiatives. Oversee resignations, exit interviews, clearance procedures, full and final settlement coordination, relieving letters, experience letters, and exit compliance.
Compensation & Payroll Administration
Lead payroll inputs and reviews, compensation documentation, salary structure maintenance, increment and promotion documentation, incentive administration, compensation benchmarking support, payroll compliance, and recordkeeping.
Performance Management
Develop and manage KPI frameworks, goal-setting programs, monthly reviews, mid-year reviews, annual reviews, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Create and maintain all associated templates and documentation.
Training & Development
Establish and manage new hire training programs, department-specific training plans, leadership development programs, compliance training programs, POSH training, security awareness training, and cybersecurity awareness training. Maintain training calendars, records, certification trackers, and completion reports.
Employee Relations
Lead employee grievance resolution, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, employee counseling, coaching, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace culture programs.
Recruitment Operations Governance
Partner with the HR Recruiting Lead to establish ATS compliance standards, recruiter KPI frameworks, candidate ownership policies, recruiting SOPs, submission tracking processes, incentive programs, interview tracking processes, quality assurance procedures, and recruiting process documentation.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain headcount reports, attrition reports, recruitment dashboards, attendance reports, leave utilization reports, payroll summary reports, training compliance reports, employee engagement metrics, and HR KPI dashboards. Provide monthly and quarterly leadership reports.
Multi-Location Expansion & HR Infrastructure
Support organizational growth by establishing HR processes for new office locations, standardizing HR operations across locations, developing scalable HR frameworks, supporting office expansion initiatives, and ensuring compliance consistency across all locations.
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop HR Executive, HR Recruiting Lead, and Recruiting Team through goal setting, coaching, mentoring, performance management, process enforcement, team development, resource planning, and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or related discipline. MBA in Human Resources preferred. PGDM in Human Resources preferred. Professional HR Certifications preferred.
Mandatory Experience
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Minimum 5 years managing HR teams.
Experience supporting organizations with 50-500 employees.
Experience building HR processes and programs from the ground up.
Experience creating HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and documentation.
Experience conducting HR audits and compliance reviews.
Experience managing employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Experience managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle programs.
Experience implementing performance management systems.
Highly Preferred
IT Staffing industry experience.
US Staffing industry exposure.
IT Services or Technology Consulting experience.
Multi-location HR management experience.
Experience supporting offshore recruiting organizations.
Experience with CEIPAL ATS or similar ATS platforms.
